Right in Down-Town Toledo sits MAINSTREET Bar & Grill, the Jack-of-all-trades Grill & Entertainment venue. From Hard Metal to Synth Music, this venue seemingly is a nest for the exciting North Ohio Goth Community. Hence the Goth Nights at the Main!
With Covid 7-day averages and New Cases decling in both Ohio & Michigan, along with safety protocols in place at MAINSTREET, the fun did happen last night at HALFWAY TO HALLOWEEN, a traditional event over the United States for Clubs and Event Promoters with the likings of Halloween and such. And this Bar/Club did pull this off well!
My favorite DJs of the night were DJ DARKS CHOIR & DJ GRAPHITE!! DARKS CHOIR has always been a super-nice guy and always remembers me when he sees me whether a Peter Murphy Concert or Detroit's City Club. He spins an amazing grouping of Hybred Industrial & EBM. Just a amazing DJ. I always love his sets and always hear great music. DJ GRAPHITE is traditionally Industrial with a sprinkling of EBM and Future Pop. He always chooses the coolest music to mix. And he was nice enough to play some WOLFSHEIM for me!
MAINSTREET had 2 DJ Areas, food service, and full Bar and a great Staff. A great Destination for any Goth Music Traveler! I will definitely be back for the next Goth night at this great venue!
