(4-24-16) Gadfly Investigations Newspaper, Sam Gurwin- The rise of healthier ways of living in the last decade has its natural results- figuratively and literately! The Gadfly caught up with a great group of people who celebrated Earth Day as they most likely go about each day, using the Earth naturally and having a great mind-set on peace and helping others.

This is a Festival going on for a few years but the Ancient Faiths Alliance Inc (AFA) will be taking it over. I spoke to Matt, who runs it. He mentioned this and the great Community work that AFA is doing which include scholarships for college.

From mushroom growing to standard foods, Matt mentioned community work the group does. Everyone was really nice and we talked about Earth Day and the local natural foods & events around the area.

We met Pagan Pride Detroit President Janine; We talked about the Festivals in the area and the great scholarship work they are doing. There are still 17 scholarships available through their organization.
