Self-sufficiency and Earth Day: Local Festival shows how

(4-24-16) Gadfly Investigations Newspaper, Sam Gurwin- The rise of healthier ways of living in the last decade has its natural results- figuratively and literately! The Gadfly caught up with a great group of people who celebrated Earth Day as they most likely go about each day, using the Earth naturally and having a great mind-set on peace and helping others.

This is a Festival going on for a few years but the Ancient Faiths Alliance Inc (AFA) will be taking it over. I spoke to Matt, who runs it. He mentioned this and the great Community work that AFA is doing which include scholarships for college.

From mushroom growing to standard foods, Matt mentioned community work the group does. Everyone was really nice and we talked about Earth Day and the local natural foods & events around the area.

WORKING FOR THE WEEKEND: Foster Brooks Band knows how to entertain the wary!

Sam Gurwin (Gadfly Investigations Newspaper ) (4-17-16)

DETROIT is one of the hardest working communities in the United States. Unemployment is high (In 2015 figures...now I don't know) but wages are increasing and there is a feel in the air of change.

#FosterBrooksBrigade Members hang out with #FBB!
From cultural to cleanliness, Detroit just knows the right path. A reflection is this positive trend is the  great music coming out of Detroit. From MoTown to Cowpunk from Techno to Rap, Detroit is the birthplace & adapter of Music over the years. The FOSTER BOOKS BAND is a creature of this hard work, Detroit Guts and a love of Rock Music!

a FOSTER BROOKS BAND Fan enjoying a concert!

They specialize in Rock- classics you hear on the radio but in their own "Detroit" twist. Sam Gray does however sound like PHIL COLLINS!

TAKE ME HOME COVER! Sounds Like Phil!
